Letter written by Kaighn to William Cooper, of Upper Ferry (Cooper's Point, Camden), N.J., relating to the possible building of a bridge across the Delaware River, requesting that Cooper meet with a group at Benjamin Morgan's at Ash Street in Philadelphia to discuss the practicality of building the bridge from Pennsylvania, across Petty's Island, to New Jersey.
